Report to Regional Manager, Technical - South Hours:
Start 6/7am and work up to 8 hours Pay:
$60k - $65k Location:
50% remote 50% visiting multiple clients on site.

Must be willing to travel.
Position Scope:
The probationary period is 90 days and will begin on the first day of employment.
After the probationary period is complete, your progress will be evaluated and determine whether you will be hired.
Although your primary responsibilities pertain to supporting customers in the United States, your duties and responsibilities as Field Service Technician shall include, but not be limited to, the following; ? To have regular communications with the clients via phone, emails and physical visit.
? To be available for the emergency coverage and support, as requested by management and/or the customers.
? To observe and monitor the trials of refractory materials as well as flow control mechanisms, ? To provide support to the customers for investigating any issues, or possible improvements with our products relating to operating conditions or product design, ? To provide training to customer employees, upon the customer's request and approval.
? To report all activities in your area to the Regional Manager, as needed, and on a weekly basis in a weekly report.
? Assisting with Set Up, Remodel & Assembling of product.
? Comfortable with working in high heat environments ? Moving/Relocating product ? Assisting in inventory ? Cleans and lubricates equipment and machines.
? A basic understanding of fluid mechanics (hydraulics and pneumatics, and all of the components involved in these processes, such as valves, cylinders, pumps and compressors).
? Comfortable with working in an industrial environment ? Performing installations, disassembly and maintenance on a wide variety of machines ? Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to construction equipment and machinery ? Safety is the most important part of all jobs.
Therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
