M&M Painting & Construction is looking for a responsible individual to handle quality assurance services and supervise interior apartment projects to include processing/receiving, and managing supply inventory in our warehouse.
The candidate will communicate directly with numerous apartment property management personnel and Company leadership.
Duties include:
Interface with property management staff, maintenance teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers as required Walk numerous active projects daily to verify work is being performed according to specifications Ability to make small repairs and touch-up (occasionally, as needed) Ability to work with several contractors on multiple sites Assist with other projects (some out-of town) as assigned by management Comply with M&M Painting and Construction policies, procedures, standard reporting and quality standards to ensure consistency in execution and operations Requirements:
Experience in interior Multi-family construction Bilingual a plus but not required Must be computer literate (basic word, excel, and email skills) Exceptional organizational skills Reliable transportation AND Cell phone Drug-free with valid driver's license This is an entry level position with excellent growth potential Job Type:
