Responsibilities -Ideal candidate is professional, has strong attention to detail, is a solid communicator, & understands lease language.
Experience:
Real Estate experience is a positive, Property Management, and Legal experience is also preferred not required.
Must have ability to be client facing, deliver exceptional customer service, showcase professionalism Duties:
Review legal documents, input invoicing, interface with clients, AP, Account Receivable experience, etc.
accept a new graduate who meets qualifications Client Facing duties include email/phone communication; organization Degree is preferred; however, work relevant experience would suffice Good communication skills as this person could interface with our clients and/or brokers o Strong customer service skills o Professionalism is crucial o Someone w/accounting, Finance or Real Estate experience is preferred.
