General Summary
Under close supervision, runs computer models and assists others in developing quantitative analysis of budgets, sales performance, departmental performance, revenues and margins, and/or other analysis in support of sales or solutions strategies that can create value for FedEx. May assist in analyzing, developing, coordinating, maintaining, and executing sales plans, projects, and/or programs. Assists in developing recommendations for sales opportunities and problems. Uses databases, tools and/or other approaches in analyses. Programs computer models at the direction of manager. Attends crossfunctional meetings.
With general supervision - able to assist in projects, research and resolve issues with aligned customers. Able to gather data for analysis and provide assistance to account managers on tactical issues.
Post-Sales Support team is looking to back-fill the role of an Assoc Sales Analyst that plays an integral part in the servicing the large customers. This position has the following primary
Responsibilities:
Provide tactical support to assist the customers with information on shipments.
Assist account managers with data needed for business reviews with customers.
Research and assist in identify through data and operations-oriented analytics root causes for service problems and providing recommendations for resolutions.
Ideal Skills/Knowledge Includes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Domicile Location

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field.
Proficient in basic business software.
Interpersonal skills.
Good writing and oral communication skills.
