Serve as IT Liaison with corporate IT staff and State of TN IT staff to resolve site computer and/or network issues. Document all IT issues and follow-up to ensure resolution. Serve as back-up for Phone Tree automated dialer and other QA tasks as needed.
Provides accurate and creative solutions to internal user's technical issues to ensure user productivity
Researches, responds, resolves and follows up on incidents and questions in accordance to defined procedures
Performs basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Performs basic network troubleshooting using standard network tools
Reports and documents IT issues
Reports system IT issues to FixProb via email
Escalates issues to Site Manager when necessary
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma required
Basic IT help desk or technical support experience
Ability to work with various levels of individuals in an organization
