A/P Accountant will serve as a subject matter expert for Accounts Payable processes and act as a liaison between the business and Accounts Payable Team working to find solutions to issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and deliver critical analysis to internal and external customers as needed
Identify and communicate issues and be proactive in determining impact and proposed resolution
Coordinate and perform other related Accounts Payable processes (as needed)
Contribute to the overall team effort and assist other Accounts Payable colleagues (as needed)
Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned
Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Qualifications:
Management experience in Accounts Payable aimed at process efficiencies and/or cost savings
College coursework or progression toward a degree in Accounting or Finance desired
Accounts Payable experience using SAP is strongly desired
No sponsorship or relocation is offered for this role. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
