Sr Analyst - Direct Marketing

Responsible for designing reports and conducting analysis on direct marketing programs through interpreting data, performing marketing research, and finding trends with the purpose of improving fundraising programs performance. Leads team in development and research of advanced reporting through the use of business intelligence software as well as SPSS and Tableau.
Knowledge - Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with the program stakeholders through verbal, written and face-to-face communication. Knowledge and understanding of database and marketing analysis through the utilization of tools such as Business Objects, SQL, and Tableau dashboarding. Competent in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Visio and other tools that would be used for communication / documentation purposes. Proven ability to work well individually and within a team environment; and to share decision-making with teammates as appropriate. Ability to develop relationships with the program personnel and management, exercising strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelors'' degree and 2-5 years experience in analysis of marketing efforts with a strong analytical background.
