PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

OVERVIEW

Responsible for the leadership of Group Leaders and individual associates on the manufacturing floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coordinate and direct the activities of a manufacturing production area. Supervise employees in assembly of mechanical units and fabricated parts. Supervise the fitting, alignment, calibration and adjustment of parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. Maximize productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree or equivalent experience
5
years of experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment
2
years in a supervisory role
Experience supervising 50
associates
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent communication, planning, organizing and problem solving skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
