Summary:
Utilizes knowledge and skills gained through experience ortraining to provide advanced administrative support of a function within a unitor department through clerical skills. Communicatesinformation with internal and external customers and adapts procedures,processes, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Serves as a resource to others in theresolution of complex problems and issues.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Applies advanced skills and proceduresappropriate for the position within assigned functional area.
Performs duties and tasks that reflect substantialvariety and complexity. Assists othersin the resolution of complex problems and issues.
Schedules, reports, and tracks information fordepartment.
Collects data for preparation of various reports,budgets, and variance analyses.
Compiles data for reports and collates into asingle report.
Assists in preparing, reviewing, or auditingreports.
Assists with more complex research andinvestigation. May prepare analyses ofinformation.
May assist in orienting and training lower levelemployees.
May assign and check the work of lower levelemployees and/or be designated as lead worker.
Followstandard operating procedures and processes for managing work flow controlwithin Angus (Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used byParkway.
Ensureend user satisfaction for all facilities related requests.
Mustbe able to partner with building management to respond and resolve requests ina timely manner.
Coordinatesand plans critical maintenance, repairs, updates and upgrades with vendors and keybusiness leaders that restrict or negatively impact production levels.
Maintainscurrent equipment/ asset listings and tracks associated maintenance costs.
Actsas liaison, and coordinates/ tracks work performed by outside contractors (maintenance/repair/cleaning)and ensures vendors are providing quality service/repairs; invoices arereceived and paid properly.
Abilityto understand building systems and equipment functionality in order toeffectively communicate with vendors and management.
Mustbe able to properly prioritize work and respond to emergencies appropriately.
Mustbe able to effectively communicate information via email, phone, and verballyat all levels of the firm, providing specific information and detailed updates.
Crosstrain as support in processes and procedures for incoming and outgoing mail andexpress mail packages
Performs other duties and responsibilities asassigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimumof five (5) years experience in customer service or an office environment.

Organization: Operations & AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
