Excellent opportunity to join an established, profitable global corporation in North-Central Mississippi as a Compensation and Benefits Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and lead the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, plans and processes; executive, incentive and deferred compensation
Maintain internal and external relationships (e.g. benefit providers, survey relationships) and provide mentoring, coaching and support to team members through training and feedback
Conduct market and benchmark analysis to identify trends in salary movement, recommend merit increases and, through job evaluations, to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
Manage and further develop 401k plans, health and dental insurance, life, and disability insurance policies by negotiating with the benefits brokers, communicating changes to the employees, and executing an annual competitive review
Ensure retirement and insurance plans are compliant with federal and state regulations
Coordinate all benefit related activities for multi-site locations
Develop areas of improvement around employee wellness, and benefit plans
Write and distribute an Employee Benefits Summary annually
Coordinate and execute competitive incentive compensation packages
Manage learning and orientation goals and yearly reviews as part of the overall performance enhancement system.
Recruit, on-board, and conduct orientation events for new employees
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree
Certification in employee benefits, compensation, or Human Resources is preferred
7-10 years experience in human resource management
Minimum 3 years experience in benefit management
Forging relationships with consultants, vendors, and other external partners
Expertise with spreadsheet and database management applications
Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits and HR policies, procedures and programs
Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior management
Accountability and transparency with all lines of work

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
